Apart from her acting career, she also got her first leading role in the comedy of 2003 starring teen actors Love Don't Cost a Dime. Milian came back to her music and concentrated on the promotion of Us Against the World. The music video was filmed. Also, the critics praised the film. The three sequels to the show in which she was a part-time actress, she played the same character. She reached new heights of fame after her major role in Friends which is a well-known sitcom. Her work was acknowledged with several nominations and awards. The show was extremely successful and aired over 10 years. Recent works of hers include the role of an actor on Mothers and Daughters, a drama film. The film won her the TV Guide Award as a consequence of her role in Friends. The Golden Derby Award was also awarded to her in recognition of the part she played in Cougartown.
