Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26 1977) was born in Campinas, Sao Paulo. She is an actress known as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She is currently an analyst overseeing the Assassination Witness project as well as an integral member of the G-TOC's multilateral engagement team. The GI-TOC's research activities is focused on disappearances, assassinations and other forms of violence that occur in the framework of illicit economies. Her research interests include the impact of organized crime on human and humanitarian rights, as well as the impact of the laws and policies. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction on International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds the LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations by Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate of The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a magnacum laude degree in Legal Science as well as Social Sciences. She is a lawyer with a license who worked at a law firm focusing on public law litigation for over four years. The past experience she has had also involved helping in roles with non-governmental organisations that are headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
